Once we receive a query, our team will immediately contact you.

We will contact you within 48 hours of your inquiry submission. If you book one of our services, we will send a booking confirmation invoice within the same time frame.

To move as efficiently and quickly as possible, you should:

• Create name tags for each box and pack your items room wise
• Arrange the boxes in a specific pattern i.e. lighter at the top and heavier at the bottom
• Ensure each household item and all appliances are dry
• To reduce the chances of damage, cover fragile items, painting, decoration pieces and kitchenware with pillows, blankets or towels or consider bubble wrap.

You can cancel or reschedule your booking 7 days before the move. Otherwise, charges will apply.

Yes, if you need to move a house, office, factory etc. over the weekend or at a 48 hours notice, we are available to help you move quickly.
